@Chesney: Thanks for sharing the ways you use this wonderful book. I have a feeling my copy will be as well-loved--and damaged--as yours: This week Blundell's guide is helping me navigate a marketing newsletter feature. : >

Hi Lorraine,
My first copy of this book (bought in 1986, I think) was so wrinkled - it's unfortunately printed on poor quality newsprint - that I had to order another in the 2000s. By mistake I ended up with two copies. I have used this incredible book for business-to-business journalism, feature articles on shark finning to prehistoric organisms but never thought of it in the context you have shared in your blog post. Thanks for this fresh and valuable perspective to an amazing book on storytelling.

Hi Robert:

So true. I don't know why this book wasn't on my radar before now. Maybe the specificity of "Feature Writing" in the title...

Now what other books should I be reading, pray tell?

Lorraine,

I can't believe you just told people about one of my secret books on copy technique! This book crushes some of the pabulum that goes for copywriting advice online.
